Orbit have designed a simple matrix that defines different stages of account development.
The Orbit programme takes a sales person through a process of analysis to determine the current stage of relationship; and helps them to define objectives and effective account plans to build stronger more loyal relationships, widen their footprint, move up the decision making structure, gain more influence and ultimately increase the yield from the account.
To assist with moving their accounts through the ‘account development stages’, Orbit encourage sales people to build written account plans, and hold regular creative account development sessions.
Orbit can help you and your team rise to this challenge with our sales productivity
What our clients are saying
“Current numbers show volume sales for Consumer Finance will be up by at least 20% by for the financial year. At the final celebration workshop the team quoted numerous examples of where the change facilitated by this programme has made a huge impact, i.e. examples of new accounts opened, struggling relationships revived and significant growth in accounts.”
“Gill has been acting as my coach for the past 6 months since my promotion to the CEO role. This step-up has happened at a time of significant change and challenge for the organisation. She has been instrumental in my development of a stronger and authentic ‘voice’ to better manage the diversity of my stakeholder community, be that internal, my Board or the broader, external market. Between our face-to-face sessions, Gill is always available to offer advice and support, and regularly sends over articles, models and insights to further my leadership and strategic development.”
“We wanted something tailored to really help those Senior Managers step up to that next level, as we are very keen to promote fantastic talent from within. Orbit took the time to understand Alpha, what we stand for, our core values and what drives us as a business. This has been absolutely key to tailoring the programme, and the great results we have seen.”
