Natasha is a bilingual leadership coach & trainer with a passion for people and their development. Supported by a successful corporate career, she has senior level experience across a broad range of business sectors.
Prior to moving into leadership development, Natasha spent 20 years in Paris leading communication for French-based global companies in the aerospace & defence, automotive and professional services sectors. As an active executive committee member, she managed large teams at a senior level across several countries and led communication for both internal and external audiences.
Natasha is focused on helping leaders to become more confident in who they are, helping them communicate with and impact stakeholders around them more effectively, and in turn building the performance and resilience of their organisation.
Her experience of working in and navigating male-dominated industries means she is passionate about creating diverse leadership teams and a level- playing field for all.
Qualifications: Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF),) Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified Hogan Personality Assessment and Talentx7 Coach.
