Her passion is in engaging hearts and minds through coaching and facilitating training sessions, and she also uses best practice standards in evaluating the results. Clients appreciate her combination of business experience and insightful thinking with the people skills it takes to make things happen.

Julie has 25 years international business experience in a wide range of markets, and 12 years successful track record as Board Director, responsible for strategic business development, sales, marketing and client services. She is a qualified change strategist, facilitator and executive coach with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. She works primarily with Directors, Senior Managers and Sales Professionals to assist them to improve personal performance.

With more than 15 years experience in both delivering and advising on direct marketing, Neil's role in our team is to identify organisations that could benefit from Orbit's experience, open up a conversation with the people who need to know about what we do and explore where we could help to improve their business. He can also assist our clients directly with issues such as lead generation, telephone marketing and copywriting.
