A Christmas Message from the Orbit team

What does Christmas mean to you?
Christmas carries with it a strange mixture of messages - there is the pagan message that you can celebrate and have a good time in the midst of the deep cold of winter, there is the Christian message with the birth of new hope for mankind, and the commercial message which mostly stresses 'consume until you drop and count the cost later'!
For many of us Christmas is a time where we spend more time with family and loved ones with all the joys and stresses that brings
Or maybe for you it is just a time to 'flop' and switch off after the frenzy of the end of quarter!

For many people it is an opportunity to review and reflect - to look back at the previous year and look forward to the next. Even if you do this informally in between the sherry and the mince pies, it is a good way to start the year

Given our enthusiasm for coaching we want to support you in that process.
Looking back on the last year....
  • What are the highlights? What are you most proud of? What are you most grateful for?
  • What were the tough times? What would you most like to leave behind and move on from?
  • How have you changed personally this year? What have you learned?
  • Which relationships and alliances have made the most difference to you?
 Looking forward to next year....
  • What would you most like to achieve in the coming year? Are there any changes or break-throughs you would like to make?
  • What matters most to you right now? What are you best at? How could you put your strengths and values even more strongly into the way you work (and live for that matter!!) If you did that how might it change the way you act and feel?
  • What relationships and alliances do you need to build to take you onto your next stage of your development?
  • What challenges do you know may meet you in the New Year? What personal qualities would you like to bring to the fore in dealing with these issues?
  • So, overall, if you had to focus on a maximum of three things as you go into the next year, what would those be?
Good luck with your personal review!
Email us your notes from your exploration for a chance to win a free New Year telephone coaching session from one of the Orbit team - go to the Contact Us area on the website
And of course if we at Orbit can be of any assistance in helping you bring about your personal and professional vision - do get in touch
Can we take this opportunity to wish you a restful and joyful Christmas .... and a rewarding and fulfilling New Year
Very best wishes
