Example client projects
- Led successful two stage exit strategy, MEBO and Trade Sell, over 3 year period, achieving the following: sales growth of 85%, revenue growth of 43% and profit growth of 270%. Business went from 10m turnover with no long term contracts/order-book to 28m turnover with over 50m in the three year order-book
- Led a growth in sales and revenue performance over a two year period, through transforming the sales team into solution sales from product sales, achieving the following, revenue growth 15m to 33m, pipeline growth 0 - 120m, 9 New Business accounts won in a year, with a 96% client satisfaction rating on solutions delivered
- Led turnaround of business, working with Chairman, to restructure the Board. During which time 2 groundbreaking contracts were won with a collective value of £60m - this transformed the organisations long term outlook and profitability. Revenue grew from £17m - £28m and the business went from £1m loss - £1m profit.
- Directed and facilitated the growth of a training company turning over 400k - to a training consultancy turning over 1.1m and achieving 26% profitability over two year period.
- Led and facilitated a senior management team in the Back Office of a Global Investment Bank to reduce headcount and costs over a one year period (120 heads, improved productivity and cost reduction of 750k)
- Set-up and implementation of new direct channels in financial services in the mid-80's: First Direct, Eagle Star Direct, Abbey National Direct, LBIS, Top Danmark
